High-altitude cross-country ski trail

At 1,500 m, you can explore the 5.2 km long cross-country ski trail in the Ramsau am Dachstein adventure region. It can be reached with the Rittisberghan in one of the 10-seater gondo­las to the mountain station. There are both skating and classic tracks.

Culinary pleasure hiking is also possible on the mountain. Whether in warm boots or snowshoes, you can cross snow-covered forests and enjoy the view over the valley and the wintry mountain peaks.

Full moon cross-country skiing

Would you like to get to know the quiet and romantic side of winter? Then hit the trails in the natural light of the full moon - for connoisseurs, this is one of the most beautiful winter experiences. On selected evenings, the standard east and west trails are open until midnight.

Ramsau is an Austrian cross-country skiing El Dorado. But it's also part of one of the country's biggest areas for alpine skiing - Ski amadé. With a single ski pass, you will be able to slice down the pistes of the most famous ski mountains. For example, the Planai in Schladming is just a few minutes' drive from us.
