Yes, we offer various dog menus as well as wet and dry food from the Christopherus brand. Further shopping opportunities are available in Schladming, Gröbming and Bischofshofen.

Yes, we offer one hour of free dog sitting every day. Each additional hour costs € 20. Please register in advance.

 Our dog groomer Tanja is at the hotel every Tuesday and Thursday. Please make an appointment by 12 noon the day before at the latest by calling 0670 1896999.

Whether you have a Chihuahua or a Great Dane, our hotel is well equipped to accommodate dogs of all sizes and breeds. From the facilities and service to the leisure activities on offer, we want every dog to feel completely at home.

Up to two dogs are welcome to stay with you in our rooms free of charge. For guests with several furry friends, our spacious rooms and apartments can even accommodate up to four dogs – without compromising on comfort.

Of course – non-slip bowls are part of our basic equipment, so that nothing slips while eating and drinking and your furry friend can enjoy their meal in peace.

Yes, we welcome our four-legged guests with small gifts – toys or lovingly assembled welcome gifts ensure a particularly warm start to their holiday.

Yes, dog showers and a convenient dog washing facility are available – ideal after a long walk or adventure in the countryside.

Yes, we have first aid kits for dogs so that help can be provided quickly and reliably in an emergency – the safety of your beloved pet is important to us.

Yes, of course – our hotel has a lift that goes up to the third floor. Even dogs that cannot climb stairs can reach their rooms comfortably and without stress. Our annexe (Romantikchalet) does not have a lift. The ground-floor rooms are particularly suitable here (Romantic Room "Feuer").

We would be delighted to have you – dogs are also welcome in our restaurant.

Yes, that is possible in principle. Please make sure that your dog feels comfortable in the environment.

Please bring a valid pet passport with a current rabies vaccination (mandatory in Austria). A muzzle is required for travel on the gondola or bus – we will be happy to provide one free of charge at reception.

Unfortunately, there is currently no official trail where dogs are permitted.

No, not usually. If a problem arises, we can change tables.

Of course, you can take your dog on holiday with you even if she is in heat. Thanks to the general leash requirement, there are no restrictions whatsoever – our guests are well prepared and use special dog nappies, so that everything remains completely relaxed in terms of hygiene.

Dogs must be kept on a leash in the hotel, but they are free to run around, play and enjoy their holiday in our lovingly designed, fenced-in playgrounds, in the dog pool area and in the cosy dog lounge.

All dog breeds are welcome here – there are no restrictions or rules regarding specific breeds. Every dog is simply allowed to be a dog here.

No, we do not have a muzzle requirement for certain dog breeds – respect and consideration are our priorities, not blanket regulations.

We don't organise any fireworks ourselves, but there is a small fireworks display in the neighbourhood at New Year. This usually lasts about 30 minutes.

Yes, of course, a bathrobe is available for you.

Your room will be ready for you from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival.

The remaining payment can be made conveniently upon departure.

The ‘Fire’ romantic rooms are located on the ground floor, while the ‘Water’ rooms are on the first floor. There is no lift in the romantic chalet, but the lift in the hotel goes up to the third floor.

Yes, smoking is permitted on the balcony. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.

Yes, we offer a vegetarian main course every day as part of our half-board service. We are happy to serve vegetarian soups upon advance request.

We serve our à la carte dishes until 1 p.m., after which we offer an afternoon à la carte menu with snacks, ice cream, cakes, coffee and more.

Yes – there are numerous beautiful hiking trails for all levels around our hotel.

No, all our guided walks are free of charge for our guests.

There is a small hill right in front of the hotel – ideal for tobogganing with your own sledges. We also hire out sledges, and you can take the bus to the Türlwandhütte, from where you can toboggan down into the valley.

Yes, bowling is available at the Hotel Brückenhof in Ramsau or at the Erlebniswelt in Rohrmoos. Curling is available at the Schlattingerhof in Ramsau-Rössing.

There is a bus stop with good connections just 300 metres from the hotel. You can find the current bus timetable at our reception.

You are welcome to reserve your e-bikes in advance or book them spontaneously on site, depending on availability.
