We would also like to contribute to crisis management and therefore we would like to assure you that all new and existing bookings for a stay until 13.04.2021 and for the coming summer season 2021 can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival without giving reasons. If arrival or stay is not possible due to restrictions caused by the Corona virus, we guarantee a free cancellation until the day of arrival.
For all other reasons of cancellation the usual cancellation regulations apply.

Reservations are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines, excepted cancellation guidelines:
- up to 30 days before arrival free of charge
- 29 to 14 days before arrival 30% cancellation fee from the travel price
- 13 to 7 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee from the tour price
- and from 6 days and in case of no-show 90% cancellation fee of the travel price
We strongly recommend protecting your reservations by buying holiday cancellation insurance.
Protection of your personal data is a priority for us. We process your information solely in accordance with EU and Austrian privacy laws (DSGVO, TKG 2003).
If you share personally identifiable data with us either by our website or email, this will only be used for correspondence or for the purposes which you intended. We assure you that your personally identifiable information will not be shared with third parties, other than if statutes requires us to do so.
The data you have provided will only be stored for a maximum of 3 years or until such point as the purpose for which it was shared has been achieved. Insofar as the law requires that data be stored for a specific period of time, we will comply with such legal provisions. Should you no longer agree to our storing your personally identifiable data, pursuant to your request we will delete such data. If your personal data has changed in the meantime, we will correct that data based upon the information you provide us.
