What you should know...
check-in, check-out & Transfers
The rooms at Hotel & Romantic Chalet Almfrieden are available for check-in between 3 and 7 PM. On departure day, we ask you to check out of your room by 11 AM.
If you expect to arrive or depart a little earlier or later, please coordinate with us in advance.
If you come by train, we will be happy to pick you up from the station in Schladming and take you back there when you leave. Please let us know well in advance precisely when you expect to arrive, so that we have plenty of time to make the arrangements. We are also happy to help you make your arrival and departure travel plans.

By advance payment and in cash - VISA, Master, EC-Card accepted
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS & HOLIDAY INSURANCE
With the exception of our cancellation conditions, all bookings are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines (AGBH):
- free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- 29 days to 1 day before arrival: 90% cancellation fee of the total cost of your stay
- less than 1 day or no-shoe: 100% of the total cost
To protect you in the event of unforeseen events (sudden illness, accident, death...), we recommend purchasing holiday cancellation insurance.

Our lavish breakfast buffet is available to you between 7:30 and 10 AM.
However, you are also welcome to enjoy breakfast in your room.

Even if you use a wheelchair, we are pleased to offer you a perfect holiday in Ramsau. Please notify us when you place your booking, allowing us the opportunity to find a room that is absolutely perfect for you.
